Terms of service

Ludex lets you track, organize and discover video games: manage your library by status, mark favorites and wishlist items, view stats and explore the catalog. The service is free and syncs between the web and the Android app.

Catalog information (titles, covers, dates, ratings) comes from IGDB and may contain errors or omissions beyond our control.

Library features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Ludex.

You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt to breach its security, access other users' data, or extract content in bulk or through automated means (scraping). We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

The data you create in Ludex (your library, statuses, feedback) is yours. You grant us the permission needed to store, process and sync it for the sole purpose of providing the service, as described in the privacy policy.

Ludex's software, design and brand belong to its developer. Game data, covers, screenshots and videos belong to their respective owners and are displayed through the IGDB catalog.

Ludex is provided “as is” and “as available”. It is a project under active development: features may change, be added or be removed. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and to announce relevant changes, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service, including data loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold as a consumer under applicable law.

You can stop using Ludex and delete your account at any time (from the Android app or by writing to us). We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, with notice except in cases of serious abuse.

We may update these terms. The current version will always be published on this page with its update date; substantial changes will be communicated prominently in the service. Continuing to use Ludex after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts under applicable consumer regulations.
